Gaining momentum

The wedding that i was trying to get in shape for as come and gone but I'm still walking. I was able to jog a mile without stopping for the first time in a looooong time about 2 weeks ago. A few days later my calf's started hurting so badly but i didn't want to stop. I added sprints to my daily cardio along with some ab, arm, and leg workouts. I'm feeling great my eating has improved tremendously over the past week and a half. The rain was awful here last week so I was not able to workout outside which I love so I did some p90x workouts inside Thursday and Friday and rested Saturday and Sunday. It must have been just what my legs needed! Yesterday was beautiful, hot, but beautiful! I was able to jog a mile and walk 2 my calf's were feeling great! I need to learn to listen to my body and rest when it tells me to because I finally got the scale to budge, with a 5lb weight loss. Tomorrow I am hitting the Grocery store to shop for some new recipes that I am going to try. We will see how that goes!

30 crunches x 3
15 leg lifts x 2
15 second planks x3

arms
15 triceps dips x3
15 push ups

leg workout
10 squats
15 lunges
10 jump squats
15 lunges
10 squats
15 lunges


I hope to improve this greatly over the next couple of months :)
